- •The Learning Program Manager is a strategic and operational partner for Ekimetrics' teams, focusing on skills development and capability transformation.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and transformation.
- •Partner with business units to develop and implement learning programs.
- •Ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- •Evaluate and improve learning programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- •Support the Head of Learning & Development in strategic initiatives.
- •Requirements Experience in learning and development or a related field.
- •Strong project management skills.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- •Fluency in French and English.
