- •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting workflows.
- •Take on ad hoc projects to support new hiring initiatives or operational improvements.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without becoming flustered.
- •Strong commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
- •Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
