- •Aeva is seeking a contract Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with leaders in building talent strategies for mission-critical hiring needs across hardware, software, and AI teams.
- •This role involves executing talent plans and driving recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-life cycle recruiting for Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- •Recruit across diverse technical areas including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, and Photonics/Optics.
- •Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive candidate engagement.
- •Utilize market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical and specialized roles.
- •Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- •Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements.
- •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
