- •Ziina is seeking a hands-on Talent Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- •You will leverage AI tooling and work across various business teams to drive outbound-first searches in competitive markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, ensuring a high-quality process.
- •Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- •Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
- •Assist in evaluating candidates through scorecards and feedback.
- •Track pipeline metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
- •Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup.
- •Strong outbound sourcing skills.
- •Comfortable using data and analytics tools.
- •Experience with ATS and recruitment automation tools.
- •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
