TL;DR
Design and implement learning programs for the field sales team.
- •PayJoy is seeking a Sales Trainer to design and implement learning programs that empower the field sales team to work more efficiently and drive business growth.
- •This role involves identifying performance gaps and facilitating business information to enhance sales productivity.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver training products and services to stakeholders.
- •Collaborate with experts for training content design.
- •Design, develop, and implement learning tools in various formats.
- •Address knowledge gaps and define action plans to increase sales productivity.
- •Measure internal sales performance and monitor training impact.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, data analysis, marketing, sales training, or sales support.
- •Intermediate SQL and Data-Viz tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
- •Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- •Excellent organization, communication, and synthesis skills.
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
