Manage and scale HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HRIS for a growing team.
- •We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to play a key role in building and scaling the HR operations that support our growing team.
- •This is an opportunity to have real ownership and impact, overseeing the core employee lifecycle while shaping the processes, systems, and ways of working that enable us to grow effectively.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, employee data management, contracts, and HRIS administration.
- •Design and continuously improve HR processes and workflows to support rapid headcount growth.
- •Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll inputs.
- •Act as the escalation point for employee queries relating to contracts, benefits, and policies.
- •Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and processes comply with UK employment law.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
- •Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
- •Experience owning or administering an HRIS (preferably HiBob).
- •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with and cleaning large datasets.
- •Excellent attention to detail and a process-first mindset.
