- •You partner with regional managers and our field retail employees to accomplish business objectives, through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people practices.
- •You are an expert in building platforms for people to perform at their best.
- •Key Responsibilities Serving as the main P&C Business partner to our Retail leaders in Japan.
- •Thoughtfully leading all aspects of the people retail business model.
- •Supporting retail teams to create a people strategy that builds amazing teams who exceed business objectives.
- •Fostering, nurturing and evolving relationships that enable rapport, trust and influence throughout the company.
- •Providing advice and coaching to managers and employees on relevant business and people priorities.
- •Requirements You are based in the Tokyo area and can travel to stores in your region.
- •You have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in retail and/or hospitality.
- •You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, easily able to analyze data, assess people, understand trends, and develop prioritized recommendations.
- •You have excellent listening and communication skills, comfortable communicating large complex changes.
