- •Key Responsibilities Directly manage recruiting strategy and execution for Legal & Business Affairs, CFO, and People organizations.
- •Lead and develop a team of Recruiters, providing coaching, feedback, and support.
- •Build and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and hiring timelines.
- •Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and advise on strategies.
- •Monitor pipeline health, team performance, and hiring progress using data to identify challenges and improve outcomes.
- •Requirements Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including supporting business functions.
- •Minimum of 4 years of experience managing recruiters, including coaching and performance feedback.
- •Experience building recruiting strategies for complex hiring needs and managing execution against timelines.
- •Ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- •Experience using AI to improve recruiting efficiency and quality, with critical review of AI outputs.
