- •The Product Education & Enablement team at JumpCloud is focused on driving product adoption and reducing time-to-value by transforming complex product updates into engaging learning experiences.
- •This role supports JumpCloud’s rapid innovation cycle by creating modern content using AI utilities, interactive simulations, and micro-learning.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate new product features and GTM motions into technical enablement materials.
- •Build responsive courses using Articulate Rise and leverage LMS features.
- •Create interactive simulations with Navattic and video tutorials with Camtasia.
- •Utilize generative AI tools like Claude for content acceleration.
- •Collaborate with Technical Writing and cross-functional teams using Google Workspace.
- •Requirements Strong technical curiosity and ability to grasp new product features.
- •Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and video editing platforms like Camtasia.
- •Experience with or aptitude for building interactive walkthroughs using simulation software like Navattic.
- •Comfort working with Google Workspace and AI companions like Claude.
- •Ability to distill technical information into user-friendly instructional copy and scripts.
