- •This role focuses on managing the onsite candidate experience and the logistics of the recruiting process.
- •You will be responsible for running interview days, managing schedules, and serving as the main point of contact for candidates and internal teams.

- •Maintain and improve interview logistics systems for efficiency and repeatability.
- •Requirements 1-3+ years in a coordination/admin role with complex logistics management.
- •Strong calendaring and organization skills, particularly with Google Calendar.
- •Ability to troubleshoot quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain a calm demeanor onsite.
- •Discreet and trustworthy with confidential HR information.
