- •Key Responsibilities Execute and improve core People Operations processes for the entire employee lifecycle.
- •Own day-to-day administration of onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and organizational updates.
- •Maintain high-quality employee data and ensure operational accuracy across all People processes.
- •Build, document, and maintain scalable operating procedures and process documentation.
- •Identify and implement improvements to operational inefficiencies.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration in a fast-growing company.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- •Experience working with HR systems as a power user.
- •Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- •Comfortable working in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
