About the role
TL;DR
Operate and quality control AI recruiting agents, ensuring human judgment in high-stakes scenarios.
- •This is a first-of-its-kind operations role at a pre-seed AI recruiting startup: you're the human layer that makes autonomous recruiting agents work at scale.
- •Sitting at the intersection of talent operations and AI quality control, you'll supervise agent pipelines, step in for high-judgment moments, and help define what AI-native recruiting looks like as the product grows.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor live AI agent candidate pipelines, flag errors, and intervene when human judgment is needed.
- •Handle high-stakes conversations
- •senior candidates, compensation negotiations, and tricky objections

- •Review agent outputs, label good and bad responses, and write training examples that improve AI performance over time.
- •Requirements 2+ years in talent operations, recruitment, or sourcing at early-stage tech startups (pre-seed or seed stage).
