About the role
TL;DR
Lead end-to-end hiring and spearhead talent strategy projects for a high-growth AI company.
- •Join Faculty as a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across our high-growth organisation.
- •You will own the recruitment lifecycle for both individual contributor and leadership positions across Applied AI within the commercial space and across our Central Functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively sourcing high-caliber, diverse candidates using innovative techniques and tools to maximise direct hires and build robust talent pipelines.
- •Advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practices, inclusive hiring techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
- •Working on strategic projects related to employer branding, early careers, and candidate experience to amplify Faculty’s presence in the market.
- •Requirements Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment from within the commercial and/or central functions space, ideally from within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- •Expert sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify and engage passive, qualified talent using a broad range of modern tools and methodologies.
- •Skilled communicator who can adapt their style to influence senior stakeholders and persuasively articulate Faculty’s mission to candidates.
