- •PagerDuty is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its award-winning team and foster a culture of innovation.
- •This role will partner with leadership to assess, coach, and influence talent and people leaders in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with management teams to execute HR programs and drive employee engagement and retention.
- •Assess organizational health and effectiveness, utilizing people metrics for insights and decisions.
- •Lead coaching and feedback efforts and make recommendations based on experience and knowledge.
- •Drive AI adoption for the People org, automating high-volume HRBP activities.
- •Lead complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with global employment laws.
- •Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field. 3+ years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably in SaaS or hi-tech.
- •Minimum of 2 years previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- •Proven track record of managing complex global employee relations cases.
- •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive HR process efficiency.
