About the role
TL;DR
Builds corporate teams by running full-cycle recruiting and partnering with functional leaders.
- •As a Talent Partner at Base, you will build the teams that enable Base to scale, with a focus on functions like Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other critical corporate teams.
- •You will run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close, partner directly with functional leaders to understand highly specialized talent needs, and build focused hiring processes that identify exceptional people.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions.
- •Source and engage exceptional candidates across Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other corporate functions.
- •Partner with functional leaders to scope roles, define what great looks like, and build effective interview processes.
- •Champion candidate experience and keep candidates informed and engaged.
- •Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and stage conversion metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring across G&A or corporate functions.
- •Experience recruiting specialized talent across Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, or similar areas.
- •Comfortable hiring individual contributors through senior leaders.
- •Proven ability to identify, engage, and close candidates who aren't actively looking.
- •Strong business acumen and ability to assess candidates beyond keywords.
