- •Skydio is seeking an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at their San Mateo, CA HQ.
- •This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in People Operations, focusing on candidate experience and interview scheduling.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, onsite).
- •Greet candidates onsite, provide tours, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- •Support university recruiting events and intern programs.
- •Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).
- •Assist the People team with ad-hoc projects.
- •Requirements Ability to be in-person at San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week. 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, customer service are a plus).
- •Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail.
- •Customer-obsessed mindset, enjoys making people feel comfortable.
- •Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms quickly.
- •Clear communicator, not afraid to ask questions.
