About the role
TL;DR
Build people infrastructure and identify talent for a fast-growing AI company.
- •As People Foundations Intern at Lio, you will help build the team and people infrastructure behind one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies.
- •You will identify and engage outstanding talent while helping establish the systems and processes that will support Lio as we scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Actively identify and approach exceptional candidates, building a strong pipeline of A-players.
- •Take ownership of sourcing projects using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- •Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate motivation and fit.
- •Help implement HiBob and build the foundation of a scalable, data-driven People Operations function.
- •Design and improve people processes across recruiting, onboarding, employee data, and internal workflows.
- •Requirements Available for a minimum of four months, starting as soon as possible.
- •Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, psychology, human resources, technology, or a related discipline.
- •Previous hands-on experience with active sourcing and engaging strong candidates.
- •Confident using LinkedIn and ideally experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- •Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English.
