About the role
TL;DR
Build and own the GTM system, including AI agents, to drive pipeline growth.
- •Payflows is building the agentic finance system, connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows.
- •We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Head of Growth to own the system that puts Payflows in front of finance and procurement leaders rebuilding their enterprises with AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Own top-of-funnel as a system, architecting the machine that drives pipeline creation from outbound.
- •Operationalize the signal layer to reliably turn intent signals into pipeline.
- •Develop a dynamic ICP and territory model that moves accounts based on live signals.
- •Implement AI agents within the GTM motion for research, qualification, and enrichment.
- •Build reporting that drives weekly decisions and changes behavior.
- •Requirements Experience building growth functions from scratch to a pipeline machine.
- •Proven ability to architect and build systems for outbound pipeline generation.
- •Experience operationalizing signal layers and intent data.
- •Proficiency in building and shipping AI agents in production.
- •Strong understanding of data infrastructure and reporting for GTM.
