- •As the Talent Acquisition Partner
- •Manufacturing, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for our Florence, KY manufacturing site, supporting both high-volume hourly hiring and ongoing recruitment for manufacturing support and operations positions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- •Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for Manufacturing Production workers supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- •Recruit exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles Partner closely with Operations leaders and HR to understand production forecasts, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- •Build creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, technical schools, and local partnerships.
- •Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- •Experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similar environments.
- •Experience leading high-volume hourly recruiting.
- •Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions.
- •Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruiting channels.
