- •Wing is looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to guide our Talent Team through a pivotal phase of accelerated growth.
- •This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical Talent Partners (FTEs and contingent workers), setting clear goals, managing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement as the recruiting landscape evolves.
- •Develop and own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Wing’s tech organizations, partnering with senior engineering leadership on workforce planning, talent mapping, and defining future hiring needs.
- •Drive the adoption of AI-driven talent intelligence, note taking, and interview automation tools to optimize recruiter workflows and improve hiring velocity.
- •Requirements 12+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of direct people management experience, leading and developing recruiting teams in a high-growth technical environment.
- •Experience managing a contingent workforce, while ensuring adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
- •Demonstrated ability to implement forward-thinking recruitment tech, specifically leveraging AI to enhance candidate workflows.
