- •Sendcloud is seeking a medior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Design.
- •You will build and execute sourcing strategies to find talent that isn't actively looking.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of tech roles.
- •Source candidates directly through targeted outreach and tech communities.
- •Run intake calls with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- •Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops.
- •Guide candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation.
- •Requirements 2-3 years of experience recruiting for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, or Design), in-house.
- •A track record of sourcing candidates directly.
- •Comfortable owning multiple searches and stakeholders.
- •Fluent in English, spoken and written.
