- •Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- •Requirements 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment, with a focus on sales and go-to-market talent.
- •Proven track record hiring high-performing go-to-market talent across various seniority levels.
- •Strong commercial acumen, understanding revenue trajectory and OTE structures.
- •Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
- •Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with high quality and pace.
