TL;DR
Lead People Associates, manage HR operations, and drive service quality for global expansion.
- •Wolt is seeking a Team Lead to manage People Associates in Budapest and Timișoara, overseeing HR operations and driving service quality for global expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 People Associates.
- •Oversee HR inquiries from employees across multiple countries and act as the first escalation point.
- •Improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- •Partner with Tier 2 HR to transition processes into Tier 1 and own knowledge transfer.
- •Support Workday onboarding and data accuracy, collaborating with Payroll for timely payments.
- •Requirements Based in Hungary, with 3+ days/week in the Budapest office.
- •Fluent English (written and spoken).
- •Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- •Proven people management experience with a focus on team development.
- •Background in employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
