- •Curai Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines.
- •Source candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
- •Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- •Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
- •Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
- •Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians. 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine.
- •Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements.
- •Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles.
- •Experience using AI within the recruiting process.
- •Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches.
- •Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach.
- •Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS.
