- •Pindrop is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-facing roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other GTM functions.
- •You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, shaping hiring strategy and enhancing candidate experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- •Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent in competitive markets.
- •Lead candidates through the process with clear, timely communication, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- •Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
- •Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and use funnel metrics to drive improvements.
- •Requirements 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Enterprise Sales and GTM roles.
- •Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, ideally with remote/distributed teams.
- •Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing mid

- •Strong proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
