- •Outreach is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the strategic talent acquisition for Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions.
- •This role involves driving hiring velocity, pipeline health, and an exceptional candidate experience while managing and coaching a global team of recruiters.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruiting team focused on collaboration, innovation, and scalability.
- •Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams to understand their needs and deliver on goals.
- •Define, track, and report on recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- •Partner with executives and hiring leaders to create strategies for talent pipelines, hiring, employment branding, and diversity.
- •Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the global recruiting team.
- •Requirements 6+ years of recruiting experience, supporting a global technical organization. 2+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
- •Proven track record managing a globally distributed team of strong, experienced recruiters.
- •Expertise in the current talent market, specifically across US and EMEA markets.
- •Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technologies.
