- •Twilio is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to drive workforce strategies for their Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, focusing on strategic growth, partners, and sales enablement.
- •This role partners directly with senior executives to translate people strategy into business impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the trusted HR advisor to SVP and VP leaders across Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, Partners, and GTM Operations and Sales Enablement.
- •Lead strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and organizational design to optimize team execution and business growth.
- •Utilize HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and AI-enabled tools to generate actionable insights and guide leadership decisions.
- •Drive adoption of new HR programs and workforce strategies across global teams, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- •Requirements 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations.
- •Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes.
- •High-level understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales motion dynamics, and partner ecosystem strategies.
- •Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights to inform strategy and influence systemic change.
- •Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
