About the role
TL;DR
Facilitate daily meal operations, manage food service, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- •On-Site Catering Attendants are the face of Zerocater, facilitating daily meal operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- •You'll build relationships, manage meal services smoothly, and act as an enthusiastic spokesperson for Zerocater.
- •Key Responsibilities Facilitate delivery intake and ensure all items are transported to the client's meal space.
- •Oversee meal set-up, including food layout, equipment management, presentation, and replenishment.
- •Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in serving areas.
- •Enhance customer experience by greeting guests, addressing requests, and answering questions.
- •Gather meal feedback, take food inventory, and communicate employee preferences to HQ.
- •Requirements Background in hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- •Willingness to work as a team and assist others.
- •Responsible, attentive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- •Passion for food service and a customer-first mentality.
- •Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.
