About the role
TL;DR
Deliver virtual nutrition care and support to members, focusing on health equity.
- •Foodsmart is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Registered Dietitians (RDs) to join our growing Foodsmart Nutrition Network.
- •As a Foodsmart RD, you’ll deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and personalized care to members, many of whom are Medicaid participants or facing food insecurity.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and personalized care.
- •Help members stretch their food budgets and make the most of what they have.
- •Guide access to affordable, healthy groceries through our online marketplace.
- •Connect members with local food and nutrition resources.
- •Support sustainable meal planning and healthy habits for families.
- •Requirements Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- •RD State Licensure in your state of residence (if applicable).
- •Ability to work in the U.S.
- •A computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone.
- •At least 10 hours of weekly availability for patients (weekends and evenings count!).
