- •We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist for the Member Experience (MX) team.
- •In this senior individual contributor role, you'll bring deep expertise to shape content structure and knowledge management frameworks that elevate both the member and internal team experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to content strategies that align with the member journey and support MX team goals.
- •Design and maintain content structures for internal and external knowledge bases, including taxonomies and metadata schemas.
- •Establish content governance standards, templates, and lifecycle workflows for consistency and scalability.
- •Drive initiatives to enhance workflows using innovative tools, including Generative AI for content production and searchability.
- •Requirements 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, or CX roles, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
- •Proven track record of building and managing complex knowledge bases or content frameworks.
- •Experience working with or integrating Generative AI tools into content workflows.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience partnering with technical teams.
