TL;DR
Process state registrations, resolve data issues, and manage customer relationships for entity management.
- •Middesk's Entity Management business helps customers manage their business information and relationships.
- •The Entity Operations Fulfillment team establishes and maintains customer relationships with state agencies by creating online accounts, submitting registrations, and monitoring communications.
- •This role focuses on guiding customers through the payroll tax registration process, removing complexity and operational burden.
- •Key Responsibilities Process and submit state registrations accurately and rapidly.
- •Follow up with customers on application inaccuracies.
- •Contact state agencies for follow-up on correspondences or to clarify registration requirements.
- •Collaborate with the Entity Management Team to optimize processes.
- •Requirements Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- •Ability to complete high volumes of tasks and meet fulfillment quotas while maintaining accuracy.
