- •Zafran is seeking an R&D Ops to support Engineering leadership, manage operational cadence, and drive alignment of R&D objectives with company strategy.
- •This role requires creativity, research, problem-solving, and deep technical knowledge.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate executive goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable targets.
- •Run leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and daily tracking.
- •Manage the R&D budget, hiring plans, team capacity, and cloud cost overview.
- •Build tracking tools for clear insights into technical details for business leaders.
- •Act as a trusted advisor, prioritizing requests, resolving escalations, and preparing board materials.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience working with engineering organizations or a tech background. 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product management, or Chief of Staff role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- •Experience with AI automation tools.
- •Deep understanding of R&D organizations and the product development lifecycle.
- •Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
