About the role
TL;DR
Drive growth and profitability for Wolt's grocery business across EMEA.
- •Wolt Market/HOP is Wolt/Deliveroo’s owned and operated grocery business.
- •As 1P continues to scale, we are looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations to help drive sustainable topline growth and bottomline performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Head of Wolt Market / HOP and RGMs to drive sustainable growth and profitability across markets.
- •Track and manage topline (GOV, orders, basket size) and bottomline (contribution margin, EBITDA, cost efficiency) performance.
- •Identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actions across markets.
- •Partner with Marketing to define and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and basket size expansion.
- •Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution and impact measurement.
- •Requirements 4+ years of relevant experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, investment banking, tech companies, or high-growth retail/e-commerce environments.
- •Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- •Strong experience using BI tools such as Looker to extract insights and drive decision making.
- •Outstanding structured problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems.
