- •GTM Operations is a small, high-intensity team at the center of Cockroach Labs' revenue transformation.
- •As a Strategy & Ops Manager, you'll work at the intersection of data, AI, and GTM execution, building frameworks and programs that reshape how the company creates pipeline, accelerates deals, and forecasts revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows across the revenue organization.
- •Analyze go-to-market performance data and surface insights to inform leadership decisions.
- •Build financial models to translate AI initiatives and GTM programs into measurable revenue impact.
- •Own analyses supporting territory design, capacity planning, and coverage model decisions.
- •Drive cross-functional programs end-to-end by diagnosing bottlenecks and designing solutions.
- •Requirements 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytical roles at a top-tier firm or high-growth tech company.
- •Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- •Fluency with AI tools, including LLMs, and excitement for their business applications.
- •Strong bias toward action and ability to iterate quickly.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
