About the role
TL;DR
Manage last mile and reverse logistics for South Europe, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
- •Lead and optimize last mile and reverse logistics operations across Southern Europe for a leading D2C sleep brand.
- •You will ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster.
- •Manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners, driving performance through clear KPIs.
- •Lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- •Own capacity planning and forecasting, and continuously evaluate and optimize network design.
- •Act as a key interface across internal teams such as S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Experience.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in last mile, reverse logistics, or end-to-end supply chain roles within e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- •Strong sense of ownership and comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
- •Experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
- •Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
