- •Wolt is seeking a Restaurant Development Specialist to act as a strategic partner for existing restaurant partners in the North of Israel.
- •This 9-month maternity leave replacement position involves acting as a growth consultant to help restaurants optimize operations, improve menus, and maximize profitability on the Wolt platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive and manage the growth of a restaurant portfolio.
- •Monitor and improve operational KPIs for restaurants.
- •Act as a key knowledge source for restaurant-related strategies.
- •Conduct face-to-face meetings with partners to build relationships.
- •Drive sales growth and leverage promotional tools.
- •Manage relationships with Tier 1 & 2 venues, ensuring operational excellence and performance growth.
- •Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
- •Use data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in key account management or business development.
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics and derive actionable insights.
- •Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse partners.
- •Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
- •Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
- •Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- •Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- •Deep understanding of the restaurant industry (advantage).
