TL;DR
Technical Account Manager for Voize's French launch, owning customer technical lifecycle and building market playbooks.
- •As the Founding Technical Account Manager for France, you will be the primary technical owner for Voize's first French customers, managing their entire lifecycle from implementation to ongoing support and improvement.
- •This is a critical, hands-on role where you will build the foundational technical processes for the French market.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical planning, setup, and end-to-end support for new French customers.
- •Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across various systems, communicating clearly with customers in French.
- •Build the French technical playbook, including documentation and escalation paths.
- •Act as the technical voice of the French customer, feeding insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
- •Collaborate with EU teams to ensure smooth escalations and knowledge transfer.
- •Requirements Several years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or technical account management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- •Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills with logs, APIs, integrations, and networking fundamentals.
- •Ability to thrive with high ownership and build processes where none exist.
- •Excellent communication skills in French and English, with patience and warmth for non-technical users.
- •Structured approach to managing multiple customers and cases under pressure.
