Operations Analyst supporting managed account business operations and client services.
- •Vestmark's Outsourced Services (VOS) team is seeking an Operations Analyst to support managed account business operations for clients.
- •This role involves daily processing, client contact, and coordination with internal teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Support processing and documentation for account openings, maintenance, and terminations.
- •Perform account-level reconciliations and resolve breaks.
- •Maintain understanding of security types, pricing, and mappings.
- •Participate in special projects for platform enhancements and workflow redesign.
- •Assist with system testing and validation of new functionality.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in managed accounts, investment operations, or a similar financial services role.
- •Strong knowledge of financial operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, and account maintenance.
- •Familiarity with Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
- •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, functions; VBA a plus).
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
