About the role
TL;DR
Analyze commercial operations, monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and KPIs to ensure optimal store performance.
- •PayJoy is a Public Benefit Corporation focused on providing financial stability to underserved customers in emerging markets through innovative credit technology.
- •This role will support commercial operations and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor and audit store inventory levels, identifying and coordinating corrective actions for overstock or stockouts.
- •Verify store pricing consistency with commercial policy, escalating discrepancies and ensuring correct price updates.
- •Ensure stores have correct promotional materials and verify their proper display and communication to sales teams.
- •Track and control First Payment Default (FPD) and other credit risk metrics per store, identifying patterns and collaborating on corrective actions.
- •Monitor key commercial and operational KPIs per store, generating reports to identify gaps and propose action plans.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related field. 2 years of experience in operations, inventory control, project auditing, or operational/financial KPI analysis.
- •Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- •Native Spanish speaker; basic-intermediate English (ability to read reports and communicate in writing with regional teams).
- •Availability for field work, including regular store visits within Mexico and occasional national travel.
