About the role
TL;DR
Process healthcare orders, verify insurance, and coordinate with providers.
- •Operations connects nurses, patients, insurance providers, and our distribution partners
- •managing the logistics behind every order so the right product reaches the right patient, accurately and on time.
- •As an Order Management Associate, you'll own the full order lifecycle: verifying insurance coverage, resolving stock shortages, and coordinating with providers through our messaging portal as needed.
- •Key Responsibilities Process healthcare orders end-to-end, including insurance verification and stock/inventory checks Communicate with providers via our portal to resolve missing information or clarify order details Meet and grow order volume and accuracy targets throughout training and beyond Flag issues, ask questions, and escalate when something doesn't look right Give and receive feedback regularly as part of a fast-paced, detail-oriented team Requirements Healthcare background is a plus Familiarity with DME (durable medical equipment) or medical supplies is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Naturally curious, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
