- •As a Sifarma Consultant, you will be part of our Consulting & Pharma Services team in the Lisbon region, tackling the challenges of the pharmaceutical sector with confidence through our management consulting services for pharmacies.
- •With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, we have the right prescription to optimize operations, financial management, and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Identifying areas for improvement with clients.
- •Creating and implementing action plans.
- •Conducting training sessions on Sifarma for colleagues and clients.
- •Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in Community Pharmacy, with knowledge of Sifarma.
- •Knowledge of community pharmacy processes, customer service, stock management, invoicing, ordering, and system configuration.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- •Ability to work collaboratively and in a team.
- •Strong customer and results orientation.
- •Availability to travel.
- •Good organizational and prioritization skills.
