TL;DR
Lead technical discovery and drive sales cycles for a cybersecurity platform.
- •Token Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company defining the category of Non-Human Identity (NHI) and AI Agent Identity Security.
- •As enterprises deploy machine identities, service accounts, secrets, and autonomous AI agents at a scale that dwarfs their human workforce, the identity attack surface has fundamentally changed.
- •Token gives CISOs and IAM leaders a single platform to Discover, Understand, and Enforce security across their entire non-human identity estate from legacy service accounts to modern AI agents and the MCP servers they run on.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery with security, IAM, and platform teams to surface specific NHI and AI-agent risks.
- •Design and run rigorous Proofs of Value with clear entry and exit criteria and agreed success metrics.
- •Deliver evidence in the customer's environment across identity providers, cloud platforms, and secrets vaults to prove discovery coverage and remediation.
- •Own technical validation to close, resolving objections and security reviews.
- •Requirements 7+ years in pre-sales / sales engineering with a strong track record in identity security, IAM/PAM, or cloud security.
- •Hands-on fluency with identity providers, cloud platforms, secrets management, and modern detection tooling.
- •Deep understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, with extensive hands-on experience using OpenAI and Anthropic models.
- •Genuine interest in or existing knowledge of non-human identity, secrets security, and AI-agent security.
