- •Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff HR Analyst to build the foundation of HR analytics, transforming raw data into trusted reporting, scalable analytics products, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- •This role will focus on building BI tooling, improving data quality, and partnering with HRBPs, recruiters, and executives.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the core building blocks of HR analytics, turning raw HR data into trusted reporting and scalable analytics products.
- •Spend a significant portion of the first year building out the BI tooling environment and improving source-data quality.
- •Form strong partnerships with stakeholders, from LLM query interfaces to custom web pages.
- •Act as a teaching-style partner for HRBPs, recruiters, and executives needing reliable data.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of experience in HR or people analytics, with a desire to build foundational systems.
- •Ability to translate complex technical details into plain, natural language for non-technical partners.
- •Excitement to build modern data products beyond standard dashboards, including conversational AI interfaces and custom web pages.
- •Commitment to data quality and fixing upstream data logic issues.
