- •As a Lead Toddler Guide, you'll lead a mixed-age young toddler classroom in a Montessori environment, fostering curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- •You will prepare and maintain an orderly classroom, provide lessons, and build warm relationships with children and families.
- •Key Responsibilities Observe and support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- •Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- •Provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy.

- •Communicate and collaborate with parents.
- •Requirements Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification or a previously earned diploma.
- •Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a daycare or preschool setting.
- •Alignment with child-led educational approaches.
- •Required ECE or Child Development credits.
- •College degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a child-related field.
