TL;DR
Senior technical authority for HR technology ecosystem architecture and integration design.
- •The Staff HR Technology Architect is the senior technical authority for OpenGov’s HR technology ecosystem, responsible for the architecture, integration design, and long-term technical direction of the systems that manage employee data across the entire employee lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end architecture of the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and surrounding applications.
- •Design and govern the integration architecture across the HR ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- •Set the technical direction for HR technology and influence decisions made by technical and business teams.
- •Serve as the design authority for HR data governance, privacy, and security.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS functional and technical experience.
- •Deep, hands-on expertise in a core HRIS, Workday strongly preferred.
- •Strong Workday integration expertise and proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
- •Expertise in HR data modeling, data governance, and data flows.
