About the role
TL;DR
Lead AI workforce transformation and enablement programs, driving AI adoption and training across the company.
- •Tekion is seeking a Director, AI Transformation & Enablement to lead its company-wide AI enablement program, Tek-Ascend.
- •This role will drive strategy and execution for training, community programs, and workforce frameworks to help employees understand and utilize AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the company-wide AI enablement program (Tek-Ascend) from strategy through execution.
- •Design and evolve training programs for various employee audiences, including non-technical, technical, managers, and senior leaders.
- •Build and manage community programs such as the AI Champions Network and hackathons.
- •Lead change management initiatives for AI adoption and design workforce planning frameworks for an AI-augmented future.
- •Develop and deploy AI agents to automate workflows and multiply team impact.
- •Requirements 10+ years of HR, People Operations, organizational development, or management consulting experience, with 3-5 years managing teams.
- •Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives with a strong change management lens.
- •Proven change management experience with formal methodology experience.
- •Experience personally facilitating and delivering training and workshops.
- •Ability to build and use AI agents (in Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms) to automate workflows.
