About the role
TL;DR
Manage employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching.
- •Tekion is seeking an Employee Relations People Partner to ensure employees feel heard, treated fairly, and supported.
- •This role involves managing complex investigations, coaching managers, designing compliance training, and owning the employee handbook.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct and manage workplace investigations across multiple countries.
- •Coach people managers on performance documentation, feedback, and difficult conversations.
- •Design and deliver compliance training programs and own the employee handbook.
- •Manage the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) lifecycle.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of employee relations experience with a strong investigations portfolio.
- •Proven experience coaching managers on performance documentation and difficult conversations.
- •Experience designing or delivering compliance or management training that changed behavior.
- •Deep working knowledge of California employment law and multi-state requirements.
- •Commitment to working in the Pleasanton, CA office five days per week.
