- •Tekion is seeking a Senior People Business Partner Contractor to act as a strategic thought partner for business leaders, bridging the gap between business objectives and people strategy.
- •This role is crucial for building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment within a rapidly growing company.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, organizational design, and performance management.
- •Navigate complex employee relations situations with sound judgment and empathy.
- •Champion people-related transformation initiatives and drive the execution of People programs.
- •Identify gaps, design solutions, and build People infrastructure in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- •Develop a deep understanding of client groups' business models to proactively shape people strategies.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast-growth SaaS or technology company.
- •Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders.
- •Ability to quickly learn a business and connect People initiatives to business outcomes.
- •Sound judgment and experience handling complex employee relations situations.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
