About the role
TL;DR
Manage and execute People programs, ensuring operational excellence and employee-centric delivery.
- •Tekion is seeking a People Program Manager to support daily People Program operations and help scale the infrastructure for employee experience in India.
- •This individual contributor role focuses on execution, program ownership, and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute People programs end-to-end, including performance management, engagement surveys, and system upgrades.
- •Manage project delivery, including plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation.
- •Operationalize programs through governance, documentation, and handoffs.
- •Drive standardization and continuous improvement of program artifacts and playbooks.
- •Create scalable resources like process guides and FAQs for self-service.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of experience in HR/People Programs, Operations, or Project Management.
- •Hands-on experience delivering cross-functional projects or recurring cycles.
- •Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and documentation practices.
- •Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and basic analysis.
- •Comfort collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones.
