- •Spring Health is seeking a Director, People Operations & Intelligence to lead systems, processes, and workforce insights for the People function.
- •This hybrid role involves 2-3 days per week in the New York City headquarters.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead core employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding.
- •Enhance and scale the People service-delivery model.
- •Own the strategy, roadmap, and administration of the HRIS and People technology ecosystem.
- •Develop an AI strategy for People Operations to increase self-service and automate workflows.
- •Build advanced People intelligence capabilities for actionable workforce insights.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in People Operations, HR Technology, or Workforce Analytics.
- •Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle workflows, operational controls, and enterprise HRIS systems.
- •Proven experience developing and executing HR technology, automation, and workforce analytics strategies.
- •Strong systems-thinking skills and executive communication abilities.
- •Ability to build, empower, and retain high-performing teams.
